Terms of Use

By downloading or using the : All-in-One Designer app (“the App”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Intellectual Property You are not permitted to copy, modify, extract the source code of the App, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The App, including all trademarks, copyrights, databases, and other intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of Hussain Barakat.

2. Modifications and Pricing Hussain Barakat is committed to ensuring the App is as effective and useful as possible. For this reason, we may update the App or charge for certain services at any time. If charges are introduced, you will always be clearly informed of what you are paying for.

3. Internet Access and Network Charges Some functionalities of the App require an active internet connection. Hussain Barakat is not responsible for any limitation in the App’s performance due to lack of internet access or mobile data. If you’re using the App outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile service provider’s terms and data charges may apply, including roaming charges if applicable. You are solely responsible for any related costs.

4. Device Responsibility Keeping your device charged and in working condition is your responsibility. Hussain Barakat is not liable if the App becomes unavailable due to device issues like battery depletion.

5. Information Accuracy While we strive to keep the App up to date and accurate, we rely on third parties for certain information. Therefore, we are not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, that results from relying entirely on the App’s content.

6. Updates and Discontinuation The App is currently available on iOS. Requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using it. We are not obligated to keep the App compatible with older iOS versions. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will end, and you must delete the App from your device.

7. Changes to These Terms We may revise these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting.

عند تحميلك أو استخدامك لهذا التطبيق ، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل الاستخدام.

1. حقوق الملكية الفكرية لا يُسمح لك بنسخ أو تعديل التطبيق أو محاولة استخراج شفرته المصدرية، أو ترجمته إلى لغات أخرى، أو إنشاء نسخ مشتقة منه. تظل جميع الحقوق المتعلقة بالتطبيق، بما في ذلك العلامات التجارية وحقوق النشر وقواعد البيانات، مملوكة بالكامل لحسين بركات.

2. التعديلات والأسعار يحرص حسين بركات على أن يكون التطبيق مفيدًا وفعّالًا قدر الإمكان. ولهذا، نحتفظ بحق تعديل التطبيق أو فرض رسوم على بعض خدماته في أي وقت. إذا تم فرض رسوم، فسيُوضح لك دائمًا ما تدفع مقابله بشكل شفاف.

4. مسؤولية الجهاز من مسؤوليتك التأكد من بقاء جهازك مشحونًا ويعمل بشكل سليم. لا يُعد حسين بركات مسؤولًا إذا توقف التطبيق عن العمل بسبب مشاكل في الجهاز، مثل نفاد البطارية.

5. دقة المعلومات نسعى لتحديث التطبيق بشكل مستمر، ولكن نعتمد في بعض المعلومات على أطراف خارجية. لذلك، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسائر (مباشرة أو غير مباشرة) ناتجة عن الاعتماد الكامل على محتوى التطبيق.

6. التحديثات أو الإيقاف يتوفر التطبيق حاليًا على نظام iOS. قد تتغير متطلبات النظام، وقد تحتاج إلى تثبيت تحديثات جديدة للاستمرار في استخدامه. لا يلتزم حسين بركات بالحفاظ على توافق التطبيق مع جميع إصدارات iOS. نحتفظ أيضًا بالحق في إيقاف التطبيق في أي وقت دون إشعار. وعند الإيقاف، تنتهي حقوقك في استخدام التطبيق ويجب عليك حذفه من جهازك.

7. التعديلات على هذه الشروط قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. نوصيك بمراجعتها دوريًا. تصبح التعديلات سارية فور نشرها على هذه الصفحة.
