These Terms of Use govern your use of Arabic Fonts.
By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About the App
Arabic Fonts is a design and photo editing app that allows users to create designs, write on photos, use fonts, backgrounds, templates, colors, and other creative tools.
The app may include free features and paid premium features.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Arabic Fonts for personal or commercial design purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its internal assets.
3. User Content
You are responsible for the photos, text, images, logos, designs, or other content you create or import into the app.
You must make sure that you have the rights or permission to use any content you add to your designs.
You agree not to use the app to create content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
4. Fonts, Backgrounds, and App Assets
Arabic Fonts may include fonts, backgrounds, templates, stickers, or design assets.
You may use these assets inside designs created through the app. However, you may not extract, copy, resell, redistribute, or offer the app’s assets as standalone files, templates, font packages, or competing products.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Arabic Fonts may offer premium features through monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, lifetime purchases, or other in-app purchases.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Prices, subscription periods, trial availability, and included features may vary by country, region, or App Store settings.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings on your device.
6. Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not directly by us.
If you want to request a refund, you must do so through Apple’s official purchase support or “Report a Problem” system.
Approval of refunds is subject to Apple’s own policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Restore Purchases
If you purchased premium access and it is not active, you may use the “Restore Purchases” option inside the app, if available.
Restoring purchases depends on Apple’s purchase records and the App Store account used for the original purchase.
8. App Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, remove, or add features to Arabic Fonts at any time.
Some features may require an internet connection, App Store access, an active purchase, or a supported iOS/iPadOS version.
We do not guarantee that all features will be available on all devices or all operating system versions.
9. No Warranty
Arabic Fonts is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We aim to provide a stable and useful app, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
You are responsible for saving backup copies of your important designs or exported files.
11. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the app or certain features if the app is misused, if these Terms are violated, or if required by law or platform rules.
12. Apple Terms
Because Arabic Fonts is distributed through the Apple App Store, your purchases and downloads may also be subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
