Terms & Conditions for Sweepix
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sweepix (“the App”). By downloading or using Sweepix, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Sweepix is provided as a tool to help users review and manage photos and videos in their own photo library.
You are responsible for how you use the app and for any deletion actions you confirm.
2. User Responsibility
You understand and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for reviewing items before deleting them.
- Sweepix provides suggestions and organization tools, but final deletion decisions are made by you.
- We are not responsible for accidental deletion of content selected by the user.
3. Photo Access Permission
Certain features of Sweepix require access to your photo library. If permission is denied, some features may not function properly.
4. In-App Purchases
Sweepix may offer paid features through in-app purchases, including a lifetime purchase option.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and conditions.
Unless required by applicable law, all purchase handling, billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We aim to provide a helpful and reliable cleanup experience, but we do not guarantee that the app will identify every duplicate, similar item, or unnecessary file perfectly in all cases.
App results may vary depending on device, photo library content, and system limitations.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Sweepix, including its design, branding, interface, text, and software, are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the app except as permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweepix and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from the use of or inability to use the app.
8. App Availability
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
